Mission Partnership is a vocation open to lay people who feel inspired by the charism and spirituality of the Good Shepherd. These individuals choose to walk alongside the Sisters, sharing responsibility for the development, effectiveness, and sustainability of the mission.

There are three main ways to engage:
Contribute valuably as a member of the staff, or offer time, skills, or resources to advance the mission or engage with commitment embracing the Good Shepherd charism and spirituality as a way of life and take co-responsibility for carrying the mission forward.
